How do I determine my hood size?Hood width measurements are tip-to-tip - including trim. Hoods are from ½" to 1" less than the specified width, so they fit into the same width space. Ideally, your hood width should exceed the width of your range, but your stove width is just fine. Height is adjustable, based on your needs.

Do your hoods require special mounting?No. Hardware for installation is included, and no special support is needed. Installation usually requires 2 people. Professional installation is recomended.

Can your hoods be installed using my existing kitchen ductwork?Usually Yes. Hoods can be vented anywhere through the back or top to easily attach to existing ductwork.

What is the building / shipping turnaround time?Once you place your order, you can expect your hood to arrive in 6-8 weeks. Please let us know if you have a delivery deadline or hold date you'd like us to meet when you order

Can you match a specific color?Yes. If you provide a paint manufacturer and number, we can apply a matching tinted sealant with added natural tonal variation.

What's the ordering process?1. You can order your range hood directly from our website. Use the drop down menus to select size, color, and exhaust insert choice. - If you would like a custom color, note the paint name and number with your order. - If you choose to supply your own exhaust insert, note the brand and model number to ensure a correct fit. - If if a slight size variance is required, please note the requested size with your order. You can order larger and custom range hoods by contacting us. 2. We will email a drawing to scale with your specifications and shipping contact information. Contact us with any corrections. 3. When your range hood is complete, we will email photos for your approval. 4. When approved, your range hood will be prepared for shipment and crated. 5. When your shipment is booked with a freight carrier, you will be notified with shipment tracking. Your driver will call to arrange for delivery.
